Congrats to Coach Jeff Nance (Grays Creek High School Head Baseball Coach and Hit'n Mill Head instructor) for being selected 2013 Cape Fear Valley Conference High School Baseball Coach of the Year. Also, congrats to Seth Reeves, Garrett Johnson, Logan Haines, Ken McDowell, TJ McDonald, Trey Jacobs, Caleb Elmore, Austin Fuentes and Tyler Dove for being selected to the Mid South and Cape Fear Valley All Conference Teams.

We don't typically post individual accomplishments but today is different because we are thinking about our Viper fans in Oklahoma. This post is for one of our special Grandma's (Brenda Clyburn Harris) near Moore,Ok. We hope you are safe this evening and we are thinking of you. Ms. Brenda posted the following on Facebook regarding her grandson Landen Harris accomplishment this past Saturday. "My grandsons baseball tourney got rained out this past weekend in NC. Vipers Baseball Hitting Clinic Open To All Ages Date: Saturday June 8, 2013 Time: 9:00-11:00 and 12:00-2:00 Location: The Hit’N Mill Description: Hitting Clinic is open to all ball players. The purpose of the Clinic is to teach the fundamentals of Batting to various age levels, helping each participant to better understand the art of Hitting. The camp will be two 90 minute sessions. First 20 Per session will be accepted. Items to Bring: Batting helmet (The Hit’N will provide if player does not have one), Batting Gloves, Bat, and Tennis Shoes (No Cleats).
